Shipping and Returns

This Shipping and Returns Policy (which also covers delivery and refunds) applies to all purchases made through Artemis The Heart Whisperer. Please read it in conjunction with our Terms and Privacy policy, and other policies published on our website.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.
  • Please ensure your delivery details are correct; we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation where available.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on location, courier delays, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the nominated address.
  • Title to the goods passes to you only once full payment has been received.

Returns

  • We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and we handle returns in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
  • Change-of-mind returns are generally not offered.
  • In limited cases, we may, at our discretion, accept a return if the item is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Any approved return must be arranged in advance with our customer support team.
  • Returned items sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue.
  • Please provide your order number, product name, and a clear description of the issue.
  • Photos of the item and packaging may be requested to assist with assessment.
  • Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, you are entitled to remedies under Australian Consumer Law, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds, where approved, will be processed back to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected, or once the issue has been verified.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
